Anoushka Shakar, one of the American and British sitar artist. She was among the youngest and first woman to receive the British House of Commons Shield she's had 9 Grammy Awards nominations and was the first musician of Indian of Indian descent to perform live and to act as a host at the ceremony. Anoushka Sitar Shankar was an Indian young sitar star. She is a student as well as daughter of the famous Ravi Shankar. Her birthplace was in London in 1982 and was a young girl who travelled back and forth to London as well as New Delhi. At the age of 13, her first show was in New Delhi took place.
